How can Shiatsu benefit me?


Shiatsu can be effective for a wide variety of conditions such as general well-being, tiredness and lack of motivation, headaches, stress, tension, neck/shoulder & back tension, digestive issues and  weak immune system.  Shiatsu is able to provide the space for you to regain balance and for your body to heal itself. 

  Shiatsu is a form of massage using hands on the body to restore energy and balance throughout by focusing on meridians and acupressure points.  The theory behind Shiatsu is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory.  

What to Expect


 Shiatsu is with the client fully clothed lying on a futon mattress on the floor. So please wear loose comfortable clothing. i.e.. tracksuit pants & t-shirt for your treatment. 

Working in partnership, each treatment takes into account your current state of health, and any symptoms you are experiencing.

Treatment will consist of a variety of techniques so balance is restored to your body, mind & spirit leaving you feeling in a state of peace and full of energy.

Shiatsu is suitable for all stages of life. It is suitable for Children, Adults and Pregnant women.
